It provides services in transaction banking, corporate finance and capital markets, asset management, wealth management and retail banking In addition to its home market in Germany, it has retail banking operations in Italy, Spain, Belgium and India, and has agreed sales of its operations in Poland and Portugal. Structurally, it is organised into three main business divisions: Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), Private & Commercial Bank (PCB), which includes Postbank, and Asset Management (AM).
